机车车辆弹簧表面都或多或少存在着一些裂纹,目的是为了定量描述裂纹对弹簧的影响规律。运用有限元分析软件,采用20节点单元、裂纹前缘单元采用1/4节点单元,对弹簧施加不同载荷以及改变裂纹的长度和深度进行求解,从而得到各裂纹前缘的应力强度因子。计算并分析了弹簧表面裂纹深度、长度同应力强度因子之间的关系。
There are some cracks in locomotive vehicle spring surface more or less, the purpose is to quantitatively describe the influence law of crack on spring. The finite element analysis software was used to calculate the stress intensity factor of each crack front by using 20-node element, the crack leading edge element adopting 1/4 node element, applying different loads to the spring and changing the length and depth of the crack. The relationship between the surface crack depth and length of the spring and the stress intensity factor was calculated and analyzed.
