由西安医学院皮肤性病学教研组陈育生医师、徐汉卿医师首先创用,多数皮肤病均伴有剧烈搔痒,尤以阴部搔痒更甚,目前对搔痒尚无特效疗法,患者对此极感痛苦,陈徐两医师在社会主义总路线的光辉照耀下及社会主义建设全面大跃进的鼓午下,结合祖国医学遗产“针炙穴位”与苏联先进医学经验“封闭法”的原理,以敢想、敢作的共产主义风格创造性的应用“会阴穴穴位封闭”疗法于阴部搔痒疾患的治疗,初步观察结果疗效确实,无不良付作用,其有效率达81.3%(其他穴位封闭对其他皮肤疾患正在继续进行临床观察。
