测定实际路面上的摩擦是困难的。因为在现场不可能使用测量所必需的复杂的设备。但是,测定路面上的摩擦对改善车辆动力学和轮胎设计又是十分重要的。为进行该项测定,建立了可移动的测量平台,以测定轮胎与路面之间的摩擦系数。该系统的主要技术要求是自主性和可移动性。测量装置是一个组合式三轮遥控平台,两个后轮为驱动轮,而前轮则是控制方向的从动轮。根据得到的试验结果对不同的路面进行分类,并绘出表面压力和滑移速率对摩擦系数的影响。
It is difficult to measure the friction on the actual road surface. Because it is impossible to use the complex equipment necessary for the measurement in the field. However, measuring friction on the pavement is important for improving vehicle dynamics and tire design. For this determination, a mobile measuring platform was set up to determine the coefficient of friction between the tire and the road surface. The system’s main technical requirements are autonomy and mobility. The measuring device is a combined three-wheeled remote control platform with two rear wheels as drive wheels and a front wheel as the driven wheel for direction control. According to the test results obtained, different road surfaces are classified, and the influence of surface pressure and slip velocity on the friction coefficient is plotted.
