为了提高波形弹簧合格率,对其分别进行了低温稳定化及淬火+回火工艺试验。采用压缩试验检测了不同热处理工艺下弹簧的合格率,分析了热处理工艺对合格率的影响。优化的波形弹簧热处理工艺为330℃×1 h然后水冷的低温稳定化处理,在采取工件装炉、出炉、炉温控制以及防锈处理等过程控制措施后,产品合格率由30%提高至80%。
In order to improve the passing rate of the wave spring, respectively, were low temperature stabilization and quenching + tempering process test. The compression test was used to test the pass rate of the spring under different heat treatment processes, and the influence of the heat treatment process on the pass rate was analyzed. The optimized wave spring heat treatment process is 330 ℃ × 1 h and then the water-cooled low temperature stabilizing treatment. After adopting the process control measures such as loading and unloading of the workpiece, furnace temperature control and anti-rust treatment, the passing rate of the product is increased from 30% to 80 %.
