民办幼儿园的健康发展特别需要相对稳定的高水平的教师队伍。如何引领民办幼儿园教师专业化的成长,怎样让先进的理念转化为教育实践,一直是一个难题。必须通过多渠道促进教师专业化成长,实施人性化管理,开展园本培训,倡导同伴互助,实施行动研究,坚持以人为本,转变教师角色,促进幼儿教师的专业成长。
The healthy development of private kindergartens particularly needs a relatively stable high level of teaching staff. How to lead the professional growth of private kindergarten teachers, how to make advanced ideas into educational practice has always been a problem. It is necessary to promote professional development of teachers through multiple channels, implement humane management, conduct training at the park, advocate peer assistance, conduct action research, adhere to the people-oriented principle, change the role of teachers and promote the professional growth of preschool teachers.
