目的:了解和掌握干部职工的健康现状,为针对性地进行健康教育、采取预防和治疗措施提供依据。方法:收集浙江省磐安县2 623名干部职工2008年健康体检结果并进行分析研究。结果:2 623名干部职工中,查出各种疾病或指标异常者2 372名,占体检总人数的90.43%,检出率较高的前10位疾病依次是高脂蛋白血症、脂肪性肝病、高血压病、心律失常、尿石症、胆管胆囊结石、胆囊息肉、肝囊肿、肾脏囊肿性疾病、糖尿病。结论:干部职工的健康状况令人担忧,应加强健康教育和行为干预,坚持定期体检。
Objectives: To understand and master the health status of cadres and workers, to provide targeted health education, prevention and treatment measures to provide the basis. Methods: The health examination results of 2 623 cadres and workers from Pan’an County, Zhejiang Province were collected and analyzed. Results: Among 2 623 cadres and workers, 2 372 were detected abnormalities of various diseases or indicators, accounting for 90.43% of the total number of physical examinations. The top 10 diseases with high detection rate were hyperlipoproteinemia, Liver disease, hypertension, arrhythmia, urolithiasis, cholecystolithiasis, gallbladder polyps, hepatic cysts, renal cystic disease, diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: The health status of cadres and workers is worrying. Health education and behavioral intervention should be strengthened, and regular medical examination should be carried out.
