以电阻炉为研究对象,开发了基于棚9C52单片机的温度控制系统。阐述了系统工作原理,并进行了硬件电路设计和软件开发。通过将增量式PID控制算法和PWM脉宽调制技术结合,从而实现系统的全自动智能恒温控制。最后利用Proteus软件进行仿真,结果表明该系统具有静态精度高、超调量小、可靠性高的特点,具有一定的应用价值。
Taking the resistance furnace as the research object, a temperature control system based on the SCM 9C52 was developed. Described the system working principle, and the hardware circuit design and software development. Through the incremental PID control algorithm and PWM pulse width modulation technology, in order to achieve the system fully automatic intelligent temperature control. Finally, the simulation using Proteus software showed that the system has the characteristics of high static precision, small overshoot and high reliability, and has certain application value.
