技能培训模式的基本内涵 技能培训模式有广义与狭义之分。广义的技能培训模式系指包括培训思想、培训内容、培训师资、培训对象、培训方法、考核方式、培训设施等与技能培训直接关联的要素体系。而狭义的技能培训模式则是指具体的培训方法。 改革技能培训模式的客观依据 技能培训模式改革具有客观必然性。从广域看,我国加入WTO将使我们的企业面对经济全球化的挑战。为了进行有效的人力资源开发,提高企业的竞争力,建立学习型企业已成为必然。而学习型企业是把生产型组织同时建成学习型组织。这种组织不仅重视组织内个人的学习,尤其重视团队学习和各成员之间的交互学习,以形成 1+1>2的学习效果,把学习效果转化为生产力。学习型企业呼唤新的技能培训模式。
The basic connotation of skill training mode Skill training mode has broad and narrow sense. The broad skill training mode refers to a system of factors directly related to skill training, including training thinking, training contents, trainers, trainees, training methods, assessment methods and training facilities. The narrow skills training model refers to the specific training methods. The Objective Basis of the Reform Skill Training Pattern There is an objective necessity for the reform of the skill training pattern. From a broad perspective, China’s accession to the WTO will enable our enterprises to face the challenge of economic globalization. In order to carry out effective human resources development and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the establishment of a learning enterprise has become inevitable. The learning-oriented enterprises is the production organization at the same time build a learning organization. Such an organization not only emphasizes individual learning within the organization, with particular emphasis on team learning and interaction between members to create a 1 + 1> 2 learning effect that translates learning outcomes into productivity. Learning-oriented enterprises call for new skills training mode.
