现代城市规划起源于解决19世纪末资本主义工业城市崛起后产生的种种环境恶化问题。之后,在不同的历史阶段,规划专业及其论述在社会变革中伴演着不同的角色。规划改变社会,也被社会所改变。本专题介绍了近年台湾城市规划面临的几个重点议题,包括居住危机、社区民众参与、城市更新和战略规划等,并将问题放在台湾社会变革的历史脉络中进行讨论。因此,本专题的目的不仅在于介绍台湾城市规划和建筑设计的近况,也在于批判性地分析专业实践在社会 Modern urban planning originates from the problems of environmental degradation that emerged after the rise of capitalist industrial cities in the late 19th century. Later, at different historical stages, planning professions and their discourses have played different roles in social change. Planning to change the community has also been changed by society. This special session introduces several key issues facing Taiwan’s urban planning in recent years, including the crisis of living, community participation, urban renewal and strategic planning. The issue is also discussed in the historical context of Taiwan’s social change. Therefore, the purpose of this topic is not only to introduce the current situation of urban planning and architectural design in Taiwan, but also to critically analyze professional practice in society
