水资源紧缺和用水浪费已成为承德地区水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题,在企业生产中采取措施来保护水资源,充分发挥水资源的综合效益,缓解水资源供需矛盾,为承德经济发展保驾护航。
Shortage of water resources and waste of water have become the major problems in the development and utilization of water resources in Chengde. Measures have been taken to protect water resources in production and give full play to the integrated benefits of water resources to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and provide a guarantee for the economic development of Chengde convoy.
