现代学徒制是通过行业企业参与人才培养全过程,实现人才培养“五个对接”的重要途径,也是增强学生实践操作技能、培养工匠精神的重要方式。本文结合老年服务与管理专业开展现代学徒制试点的实践,对实施过程中的经验和问题进行了总结,以期能对相关专业的现代学徒制试点提供借鉴和参考。
Modern apprenticeship is an important way to engage personnel in the entire process of personnel training through industry and enterprises to achieve talent training and “five docking”. It is also an important way to enhance students’ practical skills and train craftsmen’s skills. In this paper, the practice of modern apprenticeship is carried out in the field of senior service and management, and the experiences and problems in the process of implementation are summarized in order to provide reference and reference for the modern apprenticeship pilot of related majors.
