河北省邢台县东风人民公社,根据园林化的要求并结合土地利用“三三制”的规划,成立了1004亩的苗圃,集中育苗,同时采取“大型苗圃与小型苗圃”并重;“公社苗圃与生产队苗圃”相结合的育苗方式,开展了大规模的育苗工作。邢台县委已决定全面推广这一经验,在全县建立11个大型苗圃场。林业部也已于本月4日将邢台县农林水利局的该项报告转发各省(区)林业厅(局)。本刊特介绍这篇文章,供各地人民公社在园林建设上参考。
