随着经济的逐步兴增长,人们的购买力逐渐增强,对于房屋等不动产的所有权也随之加强。近年来,我国房产公证一般采用委托公证法,即房产委托方采用书面的形式按照国家规定进行公证。进而委托方形成了一个特定的机构,专门负责房产委托公证,这是公证机构的常态业务之一,但在公证过程中难免会由于种种原因产生各种风险。本文专门就房产委托公证这种方式进行剖析,找出公证过程中出现的风险以及人们的财产安全隐患,并对其提出具体预防措施。
With the gradual economic growth, people’s purchasing power gradually increased, real estate ownership of the housing also will be strengthened. In recent years, China’s real estate notary generally commissioned by notary law, that is, the real estate commissioned by the written form in accordance with the provisions of the state notary. In turn, the entrusting party has formed a specific institution which is specially responsible for notarization of the real estate commission, which is one of the normal businesses of the notary public. However, it is inevitable that various risks will arise in the notary public for various reasons. This article specifically on the real estate commissioned notarization this way to analyze and find out the risks in the notarization process as well as people’s property safety hazards, and put forward specific preventive measures.
