近年高端酒店餐饮经营状况堪忧,为此笔者提出了高端酒店各功能餐饮区进行高、中、低档多层次经营的发展策略,以采用多种价格满足每个细分市场的方法,来促进最大限度的销售量,使生产经营成本费用降到最低,从而达到收入、利润和市场占有率最大化。
