经济社会的迅猛发展,人口增长,城市化进程的逐渐加快,都给环境施加了巨大的压力,也使其遭受了严重的破坏。而生态补偿与赔偿作为协调环境保护和经济发展的有效手段,其应用范围在逐渐扩大。基于此种情况,笔者对生态损坏补偿与赔偿的法律基础进行了深入地分析和思考,并提出了自己的几点浅见,希望能给相关工作人员提供一些有价值的参考和借鉴。
Rapid economic and social development, population growth and the gradual acceleration of urbanization have all brought tremendous pressure on the environment and severely damaged it. As an effective means of coordinating environmental protection and economic development, ecological compensation and compensation have gradually expanded their application scope. Based on this situation, the author made an in-depth analysis and reflection on the legal basis of ecological damage compensation and compensation and put forward some humble opinions in the hope of providing some valuable reference and reference to relevant staff.
