10月28日,“青年农民工融入社区项目”成果发布会在天津市滨海新区举行。该项目是中国、联合国和西班牙为实现千年发展目标而实施的多边合作项目内容之一,旨在通过开展对青年农民工的政策研究、知识培训与法律政策宣传等能力建设活动,促进青年农民工的权益保护。2009年,“青年农民工融入社区项目”正式启动,该项目由民政部、国家发展改革委员会与联合国开发计划署合作实施,确定了天津滨海新区、浙江杭州市、湖南长沙市开福区为试点城市(区),采用民间组织与政府合作的方式,探索、试点
