目的探索适合农村老年人健康体检的医疗服务模式。方法对2010年农村老年健康体检实行下村服务,并与2009年实施医院内体检程序相比较。结果下村服务后农村老年人参检人数增多,漏检项目减少(P<0.005),无投诉。结论农村老年健康体检实施下村服务可提高老年人参检率,简化体检程序,降低漏检率,减少纠纷。
Objective To explore a medical service model suitable for the physical examination of the elderly in rural areas. Methods The village health service for rural elderly in 2010 was implemented and compared with the implementation of the hospital medical examination program in 2009. Results After the village service, the number of seniors in rural areas increased, the number of missing items decreased (P <0.005), no complaints. Conclusion The implementation of village health service in rural areas can improve the participation rate of the elderly, simplify the medical examination procedures, reduce the missed inspection rate and reduce the disputes.
