我们知道对于摔跤运动员的体能训练是十分重要的,体能训练应当与运动员的身体素质结合在一起来实现。对于青少年阶段的运动员来说,科学合理的体能训练更能使运动员的身体素质得到很大程度的提升,使得比赛的成绩越加出色。合理的制定训练课程、对训练课程的结构做出科学有效的布局等都是相当关键的。
We know that it is very important for the wrestlers to practice their physical training. Physical training should be combined with the athletes’ physical fitness. For the athletes in adolescence stage, the scientific and reasonable physical training can make the physical quality of athletes to a great extent, making the competition more outstanding. Reasonable development of training courses, the structure of training courses to make a scientific and effective layout are all very crucial.
