基于当代经济全球化的趋势,知识也逐渐趋于全球化。在新时代的驱动下,各大跨国公司正大力创设企业以适应全球化的进程。人力资源作为企业稳定生存与持续发展的重要组成部分,正逐步发展为其管理过程中的核心要素。目前,不少跨国公司已将人力资源业务伙伴体制应用于企业管理中,同时该体系的实效性也在跨国公司中得到验证,验证了其为当前最有效的管理体系。文章分析了该管理体系的优势与目前仍存在的问题,企业内部的改善策略。以期为日后的深入研究提供一些依据。
Based on the current trend of economic globalization, knowledge has gradually become more globalized. Driven by the new era, major multinational corporations are vigorously creating businesses to adapt to the globalization process. As an important part of the stable and sustainable development of an enterprise, human resources are gradually developing into the core elements of its management. At present, many transnational corporations have applied the system of human resources business partners to enterprise management. At the same time, the effectiveness of this system has also been verified in multinational corporations, which has verified that it is the most effective management system at present. The paper analyzes the advantages of the management system and the problems that still exist at present, and the improvement strategies within the enterprise.
