目的 :研究鼻咽癌活检组织中p5 3、bcl 2蛋白表达与患者血清EB病毒抗体IgA VCA滴度水平的关系。方法 :用流式细胞术检测取自 45例鼻咽癌组织中p5 3、bcl 2表达情况 ;同时用免疫酶标法检测患者血清IgA/VCA滴度。结果 :45例鼻咽癌p5 3和bc12阳性率分别为 6 2 .2 %和 88.1%。p5 3蛋白定量表达参数MFI( 1.5 3± 0 .6 7) ,bcl 2蛋白定量表达参数MFI( 11.6 2± 12 .6 6 )。p5 3蛋白表达与血清IgA/VCA滴度呈正相关关系。Bcl 2与IgA/VCA滴度之间并无相关关系。结论 :鼻咽癌组织中p5 3蛋白可能丧失其正常功能 ,其积聚现象可能与EB病毒复制有关
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the expression of p53 and bcl2 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma biopsies and the level of IgA VCA antibody titer in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of p53 and bcl2 in 45 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. At the same time, the serum IgA / VCA titer was detected by immunoenzyme. Results: The positive rates of p5 3 and bc12 in 45 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 62.2% and 88.1% respectively. The quantitative expression parameters of p5-3 protein were MFI (1.53 ± 0.67) and the expression of bcl2 protein MFI (11.6 2 ± 12.66). There was a positive correlation between p5 3 protein and serum IgA / VCA titer. There was no correlation between Bcl 2 and IgA / VCA titers. Conclusion: p5 3 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma may lose its normal function, and its accumulation may be related to EBV replication
