针对大部分学生上耐久跑课时积极性不高的问题,笔者经过多年的实践总结,变原来耐久跑教学中常用的计时跑、变速跑、越野跑等练习方法为“一二三四走台阶”、“拉网捕鱼夺高产”、“拼搏争当排头兵”、“异程接力展风采”、“强弱帮助同组行”和“不同群体创佳绩”的趣味练习,有效激发了学生的练习兴趣,提高了教学质量,分别介绍如下:
