我们33个出席全国农业水利先进生产者代表会议的农业技术推广工作者,在会上听了首长们的报告,交流了工作经验,一致认识到全国实现农业合作化后,帮助农民提高技术,增加农业生产责任的重大,共同提出了以下几项倡议,向全国农业技术推广站同志发起社会主义的农业技术改进工作竞赛:1.认真总结当地群众先进生产经验,发挥创造精神,因地制宜地推广各项先进技术。深入地、系统地贯彻各项技术操作规程;帮助农业生产合作社做好技术定额工作,使各项先进技术为全体社员所掌握。积极推广新式农具,充分发挥新式农具效能,大力推广良种,帮助农业生产合作社建立留神地;做好常年积肥,合理施肥,土壤改
