由西安有色金属研究所与栾川钼业公司共同完成的高纯度MoS_2润滑剂制备新工艺,具有工艺简单、适于矿山实施、产品质量高、成本低和经济效益高的优点。该工艺从钼精矿脱油入手,采用自行研制的T_L药剂结合合理的再磨强化钼精矿再精选,在再磨细度80%-200目,精选6次,药剂用量(公斤/吨);T_L3,T_c(活性炭)2,氰化钠2,P-Nocks1,水玻璃5和自然pH条件下,工业试验可获含MoS_2
The new process of preparing high-purity MoS 2 lubricant by Xi’an Nonferrous Metal Research Institute and Luanchuan Molybdenum Company has the advantages of simple process, suitable for mine implementation, high product quality, low cost and high economic benefit. The process begins with the de-oiling of molybdenum concentrate, using self-developed T_L agent combined with reasonable re-grinding enhanced molybdenum concentrates and then re-selection, grinding degree 80% -200 in the selection of 6 times, dosage (kg / Ton); T_L3, Tc (activated carbon) 2, sodium cyanide 2, P-Nocks1, water glass 5 and natural pH conditions, the industrial test can be obtained with MoS_2
