研究农业化学的最主要目的,是解决各种作物的合理施肥問題,提高农产品的产量和貭量。在作物的生育过程中,通过分析植物的各种养分含量,以确定追肥的种类和数量更有实际意义。在植物的化学分析法中,微量分析法比常量分析法有着很多优点,它用少量的試料和試剂,在很短的时間內可分析整个植栋的任何部位,并且适合在田間条件下进行工作。因此我們根据苏联一些文献和实际应用的經驗,采用在滤紙上进行点滴分析,同时測定植物中硝态氮和无机磷,可迅速而准确地知道作物养分缺少的情况,減少洗滌滤过等分析步驟。
The main purpose of studying agrochemicals is to solve the problem of rational fertilization of various crops and increase the yield and quantity of agricultural products. In the process of crop growth, by analyzing the various nutrient content of plants to determine the type and quantity of top dressing more practical significance. In plant chemical analysis, microanalysis has many advantages over constant analysis in that it can analyze any part of the entire plant in a short amount of time with a small amount of sample and reagent, and is suitable for use in field conditions working. Therefore, based on the experience of some Soviet literature and practical application, we conducted spot analysis on filter paper and simultaneous determination of nitrate nitrogen and inorganic phosphorus in plants, which could quickly and accurately know the shortage of crop nutrients and reduce the analysis steps such as washing filtration .
