笔者从1996年开始,提出了“文化资产价值论”的命题,1997年承担了河北省社会科学规划课题,重点研究“文化资本”及其运营规律。我认为:随着市场经济和人类文明的进步,文化不仅早已在经济活动中充当着资产,而且在越来越多的经济领域成为资本或者资本的重要组成部分。知识经济不过就是知识文化资本在社会总资本中占据主导地位的一种市场经济。因此,笔者认为:知识经济无论有多少特点,但最为根本的特征(也就是区别于以往经济发展模式的)就是知识的资产化和知识文化的资本化,也有人称之为资本的无形化。“知识经济”已经成为一个全球性
Starting from 1996, the author put forward the proposition of “the value theory of cultural assets”. In 1997, he undertook the subject of social science planning in Hebei Province and focused on “cultural capital” and its operating rules. In my opinion, with the progress of market economy and human civilization, culture not only has long been an asset in economic activities, but also becomes an important part of capital or capital in more and more economic fields. The knowledge economy is but a market economy in which knowledge and culture capital dominates the total social capital. Therefore, I think: no matter how many characteristics of knowledge economy, but the most fundamental characteristics (that is, different from the previous model of economic development) is the capitalization of knowledge and knowledge culture, it was also called the intangible capital. “Knowledge Economy ” has become a global one
