广播电视大学自创办以来,发挥了现代化传播技术和远距离、多功能、开放式办学的优势,为我国的社会主义建设培养了大量急需的人才,收到了良好的社会效益和经济效益,她已经成为我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分.为了更好导贯彻“教育必须为社会主义建设服务,社会主义建设必须依靠教育” 的办学指导方针,近年来,中央电大提出了面向社会、面向基层、面向经济建设、培养大专层次应用性高等专门人才的目标.在当前改革开放的大潮中,要想加快实现这一培养目标,如何加强实践性教学环节的课题已摆到我们面前.本文试就与此有关的几个问题做一些初步探讨.

In order to better guide the guiding principle of “education must serve for the construction of socialism and socialist construction must rely on education”, in recent years, the Central Radio and Television University has put forward the principle of facing the society, facing the grass-roots level, Economic development and cultivate the level of applied higher specialized personnel at the tertiary level in the current tide of reform and opening up in order to accelerate the realization of this training goal, how to strengthen the practical aspects of teaching has been placed before us.
