提出了一种基于金纳米粒子表面等离子共振吸收特性快速检测脱落酸的新方法。采用紫外-可见分光光度计获取金纳米粒子在加入不同目标物质时的吸收光谱,并通过试验验证了该方法的可行性。在优化Na Cl浓度条件下,采用5、20、50、100、200μmol·L~(-1)脱落酸标准样品进行检测,以吸光度比值为纵坐标,浓度为横坐标,建立标准曲线。结果表明,脱落酸浓度与吸光度比值(A620/A522)具有较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.996。
A new method for rapid detection of abscisic acid based on the plasmon resonance absorption of gold nanoparticles was proposed. The absorption spectra of Au NPs with different target materials were obtained by UV-visible spectrophotometer. The feasibility of this method was verified by experiments. Under the optimal conditions of Na Cl concentration, 5, 20, 50, 100 and 200μmol·L -1 abscisic acid standard samples were used for detection. The absorbance ratio was taken as ordinate and concentration as abscissa, and a standard curve was established. The results showed that the concentration of abscisic acid and absorbance ratio (A620 / A522) has a good linear relationship, the correlation coefficient of 0.996.
