目前,在技校学生中,不少学生是带着无奈和失落的情绪走进技工院校的大门的,多多少少存在着心态上的自卑和自暴自弃。进入学校后,培养目标和教学管理方式的转变,使学生产生了学习和生活上的诸多不适应,相当部分学习基础较差,难以承受繁重的专业理论学习和生产实习任务,学习情绪低落。这种情况说明技校学生离国家对职业人才的要求相差甚远,学生的头脑中根本就没有“职业”这个概念。许多学生根本就不知道什么是“职业”?自己将来要从事什么职业?他们对职业的认识是模糊的。因此,培养学生的职业意识显得尤为重要。

Many students do not even know what a profession is and what kind of profession do they have in the future? Their perception of occupation is vague.
