经济的发展离不开便捷的交通。随着新一轮全国各大城市地铁建设的提速,泥水盾构作为一种安全、快速、环保的隧道开挖工法,在我国城市地铁建设工程中得到广泛运用。以广州地铁九号线一标飞鹅岭—花都汽车城站盾构区间为例,阐述了具体的工程概况、关键设计与施工技术措施和施工效果。在采用泥水盾构施工过程中,对盾构始发反力架设计及施工控制环节进行了分析和相关技术总结整理,供类似工程参考,为今后类似工程提供了良好的借鉴。
Economic development is inseparable from the convenient traffic. With a new round of speeding up of subway construction in major cities in China, slurry shield as a safe, rapid and environmentally friendly method of tunnel excavation has been widely used in urban subway construction projects in China. Take the example of shield zone of Feierling - Huadu Automobile City Station on the No.9 line of Guangzhou Metro, the specific project overview, key design, construction technology and construction effect are expounded. During the construction of slurry shield, the design and construction control of the starting frame of shield shield were analyzed and related technologies were summarized for reference to similar projects, which provided a good reference for similar projects in the future.
