目的:建立测定布渣叶中四个苷类成分含量的超高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Agilent SB-C_(18)色谱柱(3.0 mm×50mm,1.8μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为320 nm,流速为0.3 ml·min~(-1),柱温为25℃,进样量:5μl。结果:布渣叶中水仙苷、异牡荆苷、山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷、异鼠李素-3-O-葡萄糖苷在测定范围内有良好的线性关系,其平均回收率分别为98.89%、99.03%、97.88%、97.41%,RSD分别为0.41%、0.84%、0.44%、0.80%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便快捷,且稳定性、重复性和加样回收率结果良好,可为布渣叶的质量评价和控制提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an ultra performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of the content of four glycosides in cloth residue leaves. METHODS: The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution on an Agilent SB-C 18 column (3.0 mm × 50 mm, 1.8 μm) with a detection wavelength of 320 nm and a flow rate of 0.3 ml · min ~ (-1), column temperature 25 ℃, injection volume: 5μl. Results: There was a good linear relationship between narcissus glycoside, isovitexin, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside and isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside in the determination range. The average recoveries were Were 98.89%, 99.03%, 97.88%, 97.41%. The RSDs were 0.41%, 0.84%, 0.44% and 0.80% (n = 9) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, and the results of stability, repeatability and sample recovery are good, which can provide the basis for the quality evaluation and control of Cloth leaf.
