应用速率散射比浊法测定４０例结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液免疫球蛋白系列指标，与３０例正常值作显著性检验分析。结果显示：在结核性脑膜炎患者中，除ｃｓｆＩｇＧ指数外，其余的脑脊液免疫球蛋白系列指标均升高，且有显著性差异，脑脊液白蛋白增高率达１００．０％，而ｃｓｆＩｇＧ指数增高５例（１２．５％）。提示结核性脑膜炎的血脑屏障功能呈高频度受损。ＩｇＧ增高属炎症性合并血脑屏障损伤性渗透，部分病例可存在中枢神经系内源性合成。
