目的研究盘龙七Bergenia scopulosa的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱技术对其进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从盘龙七甲醇提取物中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为岩白菜素(1)、(+)-儿茶素(2)、熊果苷(3)、6-O-没食子酰基熊果苷(4)、(+)-儿茶素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、苯丙氨酸(6)、琥珀酸(7)、原儿茶酸(8)、没食子酸(9)、没食子酸甲酯(10)、槲皮素(11)、金丝桃苷(12)、芦丁(13)、阿福豆苷(14)、大黄酚-8-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)、11-O-没食子酰岩白菜素(16)。结论化合物5~16为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Bergenia scopulosa. Methods A variety of chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of compounds were identified based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Sixteen compounds were isolated from Panax notoginseng methanol extracts and identified as bergenin (1), (+) - catechin (2), arbutin (3) and 6-O- (4), (+) - catechin -7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), phenylalanine (6), succinic acid (7), protocatechuic acid , Gallic acid (9), methyl gallate (10), quercetin (11), hyperoside (12), rutin (13) -β-D-glucopyranoside (15), 11-O-gallicin-Bergenin (16). Conclusion Compounds 5-16 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
