红旗-100拖拉机(及苏制 C—80/100)采用汽油启动机手摇起动,劳动强度大。我们已在启动机上安装起动马达。将该机手摇起动摇杆截短,并加工三根传动轴(接合齿轮轴和摇杆连接轴)和一个啮合齿轮,然后将 ST8B 型解放牌马达(12V 1.8HP)装在齿轮壳上(见附图)。一改进后,具有如下优点:1.保持原设计,不影响原机结构和外形;2.零件加工简易,维修安装方便,成本低收效快;
The Red Flag-100 tractor (and Soviet-made C-80/100) is cranked with a gasoline starter and is labor-intensive. We have installed a starter motor on the starter. The machine manually cranks the rocker and shortens it, and processes three drive shafts (engagement gear shaft and rocker connecting shaft) and an intermeshing gear. Then the ST8B liberated brand motor (12V 1.8HP) is mounted on the gear housing (see Figure). After an improvement, it has the following advantages: 1. Maintain the original design, without affecting the structure and shape of the original machine; 2. Simple processing of parts, easy maintenance and installation, low cost and quick effect;
