以3-羟基苯乙酸为原料,经固体酸催化硝化,钯-碳催化氢化,成盐3步得到3-羟基-4-氨基苯乙酸盐酸盐,3步反应的总收率为50.7%。目标化合物结构经ESI-MS、1H NMR确证。
Hydroxy-4-aminophenylacetic acid hydrochloride was obtained from 3-hydroxyphenylacetic acid as raw material through solid acid-catalyzed nitrification and palladium-carbon catalytic hydrogenation. The total yield of 3-step reaction was 50.7% . The structure of the target compound was confirmed by ESI-MS and 1H NMR.
