以4种不同品种果树为试材,通过对枝条中相对含水率、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸、丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶以及过氧化氢酶等生理生化指标测试,用隶属函数法综合评价高酸苹果果树抗寒性,以期掌握新疆高酸苹果品种间的特征特性,为新疆高酸苹果的开发利用提供理论依据。结果表明:采用抗寒性隶属函数值法综合评价该4种果树的抗寒性,即将各指标的平均数值换算成隶属函数值,取各指标隶属度的平均值作为抗寒能力的综合鉴定标准;4种果树品种的抗寒性由高到低依次为“格罗斯”>“凯威”>“红玉”>“澳洲青苹”。表明在新疆石河子(东经84°58′~86°24′,北纬43°26′~45°20′,温带大陆性气候)地区周边,引进“格罗斯”“凯威”“红玉”“澳洲青苹”高酸苹果品种时,应根据其抗寒性进行选择。
