以比色法为研究方法,分别考查了pH 值、缓冲液浓度、稳定剂种类对安乃近溶液稳定性的影响.结果表明,0-569 mol/L 安乃近溶液在pH 为5-0 ~6-3 的磷酸盐缓冲液中较为稳定;磷酸盐浓度越低越不利于安乃近溶液的稳定;溶液中加入EDTA2Na 或枸橼酸钠均有利于溶液稳定,NaHSO3 在短时间内具有稳定作用
Using colorimetric method as the research method, the effects of pH value, buffer concentration and stabilizer type on the stability of metamizole solution were investigated respectively. The results showed that 0-569 mol / L metamizole solution was more stable in pH 5-0 ~ 6-3 phosphate buffer solution; the lower the phosphate concentration, the less stable the solution was; the solution was added EDTA 2Na or sodium citrate are conducive to solution stability, NaHSO3 has a stabilizing effect in a short time
