采用快速溶剂萃取(ASE)萃取油漆中短链的氯化石蜡,浓硫酸磺化,弗罗里硅土柱净化,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)进行检测.优化了快速溶剂萃取的条件,如萃取溶剂、萃取温度,弗罗里硅土柱净化的洗脱溶剂、洗脱体积等条件.利用所建立的方法进行3个水平(1.0mg.kg-1,2.0mg.kg-1,5.0mg.kg-1)的加标回收实验,结果表明,短链的氯化石蜡的回收率的范围是98.15%~106.47%,相对标准偏差小于4%,方法的回收率和相对标准差满足短链氯化石蜡检测的准确度和精密度的要求.
