目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定复方氯硝柳胺片中氯硝柳胺和盐酸左旋咪唑含量的方法。方法:采用Welch ulti-mate polar-RP C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.60 mm,5μm);以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.2 mL.min-1,进样量为20μL,检测波长为230 nm。结果:氯硝柳胺和盐酸左旋咪唑的线性范围分别为5.01~35.07μg.mL-1(r=0.9996)和3.30~23.10μg.mL-1(r=0.9996)。结论:本文所建立的高效液相色谱法可作为复方氯硝柳胺片中氯硝柳胺和盐酸左旋咪唑的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of niclosamide and levamisole hydrochloride in compound niclosizon tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of 0.1 mL of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.2 mL · min-1 using a Welch ulti-mate polar-RP C18 column (250 mm × 4.60 mm, 20μL, detection wavelength of 230 nm. Results: The linear range of niclosamide and levamisole hydrochloride was 5.01 ~ 35.07μg.mL-1 (r = 0.9996) and 3.30 ~ 23.10μg.mL-1 (r = 0.9996) respectively. Conclusion: The high performance liquid chromatography established in this paper can be used as a method for the determination of niclosamide and levamisole hydrochloride in compound niclosizon tablets.
