篮球运动是大型运动会以及常规运动比赛的重要组成部分,具有短时间快速移动、长时间竞赛的特点,运动量大、运动时间较长、爆发性项目较多,既对篮球运动员的技术水平与实践技能提出较高的要求,同时还需要运动员具备良好的身体素质与心理素质。为使篮球运动员始终保持最佳精神状态,必须选择科学的训练方式与培训方式,遵照周期性特征安排篮球运动训练是当前激发篮球员运动潜能,最大化训练价值的基本方式。本文通过分析篮球运动训练中周期性原则特点,以及周期性原则表现,旨在为今后的篮球训练指明新的方向,提高篮球训练质量与效率。
