目的观察人性化护理干预模式在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法随机抽取我院2013年4月至2014年9月68例手术患者,根据护理方法对患者进行分组,对照组实施常规护理模式,在此基础上给予观察组患者人性化护理服务,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组护理不良事件、患者投诉率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论将人性化护理应用在手术室护理工作中,可有效提高患者满意度,并提高手术安全性,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing intervention in operating room nursing. Methods A total of 68 surgical patients were randomly selected from April 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital. Patients were divided according to the nursing method. The control group was given routine nursing mode. On the basis of this, the humanized nursing service was given to the observation group. Patient care effect. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in operating room nursing can effectively improve patient satisfaction and enhance the safety of surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
