我院的结构性调整,已取得了明显成绩,但下一步面临的将是更深层次的改革与发展问题,遇到的难点也会更多.本文从研究方向的调整、队伍调整和科技企业行为规范几个方面对我院下阶段结构性调整提出了一些看法.
