为乳腺癌的实验研究建立大动物模型,采用组织块移植法,将VX2肿瘤组织块移植于兔乳腺组织内,观察其生物学特征。结果显示移植成瘤率100%,荷瘤兔平均存活时间为58±12天,肿瘤移植后4周出现肺和腋窝淋巴结转移。移植后1周肿瘤直径为4.67±0.47mm,8周为16.21±3.29mm。病理组织学检查见肿瘤生长于乳腺组织内,其细胞形态结构与荷瘤种兔的VX2肿瘤细胞一致。兔乳移植性鳞癌模型具有稳定的生物学特征,它为乳腺癌的基础和临床应用研究提供一种大动物模型。
A large animal model was established for the experimental study of breast cancer. The tissue blocks were transplanted and VX2 tumor blocks were transplanted into rabbit mammary glands to observe their biological characteristics. The results showed that the tumor-bearing rate was 100%, the average survival time of tumor-bearing rabbits was 58±12 days, and lung and axillary lymph node metastasis occurred 4 weeks after tumor transplantation. The tumor diameter was 4.67±0.47 mm at 1 week after transplantation and 16.21±3.29 mm at 8 weeks. Histopathological examination showed that the tumors grew in the mammary glands. The morphological structure of the tumors was consistent with that of tumor-bearing rabbit VX2 tumor cells. The rabbit breast transplant squamous cell carcinoma model has stable biological characteristics, and it provides a large animal model for the basic and clinical application research of breast cancer.
