目的探讨沙丁胺醇联合金水宝胶囊对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者肺功能、六分钟步行试验和呼吸困难程度评分的影响。方法选择2012年11月—2013年3月COPD患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各60例,试验组给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂,100~200μg(1~2喷)/d,定量吸入。对照组在此基础上给予金水宝胶囊口服,0.33 g/粒,3粒/次,3次/d,两组均治疗2周。对比治疗后肺功能、六分钟步行距离(six-minutes walk distance,6MWD)和呼吸困难量表(modified medical research council scale,MMRC)评分等指标变化。计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果对照组6MWD、MMRC评分、FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC变化值分别为[(463.16±25.12)m、(1.15±0.27)分、(2.09±0.20)L、78.38±2.98、77.62±4.15]与试验组[(303.82±15.81)m、(2.57±0.23)分、(1.49±0.13)L、56.87±4.25、54.84±6.16]相比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇联合金水宝胶囊能明显改善稳定期COPD患者肺功能各项指标、减少气道阻塞程度、防止支气管痉挛,同时提高自身免疫力、降低西药耐药性及其不良反应。
Objective To investigate the effect of salbutamol combined with Jinshuibao capsule on lung function, six-minute walking test and degree of dyspnea in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 120 patients with COPD from November 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into test group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Patients in the test group were treated with salbutamol aerosol, 100-200 μg (1-2 sprays) per day , Quantitative inhalation. The control group was given Jinshuibao capsules orally, 0.33 g / tablet, 3 capsules / time, 3 times / d, two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The changes of lung function, six-minute walk distance (6MWD) and modified medical research council scale (MMRC) were compared. Measurement data using t test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The changes of 6MWD, MMRC, FEV1, FEV1% and FEV1 / FVC in control group were (463.16 ± 25.12) m, (1.15 ± 0.27), (2.09 ± 0.20) L, 78.38 ± 2.98, 77.62 ± 4.15 Compared with the experimental group [(303.82 ± 15.81) m, (2.57 ± 0.23) min, (1.49 ± 0.13) L, 56.87 ± 4.25,54.84 ± 6.16], the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions Salbutamol combined with Jinshuibao capsule can significantly improve various indexes of pulmonary function in patients with stable COPD, reduce the degree of airway obstruction, prevent bronchospasm, improve immunity and reduce drug resistance and adverse reactions in western medicine.
