胆固醇酯(cholesterol ester,ChE)是动物细胞膜的重要组分,其代谢异常与心血管、脑血管疾病等疾病[1-2]密切相关。通用的胆固醇酯分析方法是先分别测定总胆固醇与游离胆固醇的含量,然后取两者之差来计算胆固醇酯的量。该方法复杂耗时,误差较大,且不能同时提供胆固醇酯中脂肪酸链的确切信息。
Cholesteryl ester (cholesterol ester, ChE) is an important component of animal cell membranes, and its metabolic abnormalities and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases [1-2] are closely related. The common method for cholesterol ester analysis is to separately determine total cholesterol and free cholesterol content, and then take the difference between the two to calculate the amount of cholesterol ester. The method is complex, time-consuming and error-prone, and does not provide exact information on the fatty acid chains in cholesterol esters.
