目的评价某公司印制线路板建设项目职业病危害控制效果。方法依照GBZ/T 197-2007《建设项目职业病危害控制效果评价技术导则》,采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素监测相结合的原则进行评价。结果化学毒物、噪声和粉尘是该厂的主要职业危害,单项指数和综合指数都符合标准。结论该公司综合卫生评价分级标准属Ⅰ级,但从可持续发展的长远目标看,依然要做好安全管理,落实各项安全防护措施。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a company’s printed circuit board construction project. Methods According to the GBZ / T 197-2007 Technical Guidelines for Evaluation of Control Effects of Occupational Hazards in Construction Projects, the principles of on-site occupational hygiene investigation and workplace occupational hazards monitoring were combined. As a result, chemical poisons, noise and dust were the major occupational hazards of the plant. Both the individual indices and the composite indices met the standards. Conclusion The grading standard of comprehensive health evaluation of this company is Grade I, but from the long-term goal of sustainable development, safety management should still be done and various safety precautions should be implemented.
