中稻田中后期田间温、光、湿环境极适合木耳生长,特别是水稻进行光合作用放出的氧气,有利于木耳耳片生长;相反木耳菌丝呼吸放出的二氧化碳可供给水稻光合作用.它们两者互为利用的关系,为提高两者产量创造了良好的条件.为充分利用中稻田良好的生态环境,笔者于1997年夏季进行了中稻田套种木耳试验,取得了较为理想的效果.现将套种技术介绍如下:1 供试品种 ①木耳菌株:大光木耳,引自湖南省食用菌研究所,属中高温型品种.②水稻品种:Ⅱ优58,生育期较长且植株叶片偏大.
