针对引线键合机中键合点位置误差形成的成因与特点,提出了键合位置误差圆拟合修正法。首先,让焊头以不同角度旋转,标记出不同旋转角度时,键合点在图像坐标系下的坐标值。然后,利用改进的最小二乘圆拟合法,根据标记坐标拟合出键合轨迹方程。根据方程即可计算出焊头以任意角度旋转运动时,键合点位置的图像坐标值。最后,将图像坐标系转换为运动坐标系,控制键合工具实现精确定位运动。实际应用表明,经过圆拟合修正后,键合点的位置误差由0.68 mm减小到0.07 mm左右,大幅提高了键合点的位置精度,可准确实现焊接区域键合。
Aiming at the causes and characteristics of the formation of bonding error in the wire bonder, a circle fitting correction method of bonding position error was proposed. First of all, let the welding head rotate at different angles and mark the coordinate value of the bonding point in the image coordinate system when different rotation angles are marked. Then, using the improved least squares circle fitting method, the bonding trajectory equation is fitted according to the mark coordinates. According to the equation can be calculated when the welding head to any angle of rotation, the image coordinates of the bonding position. Finally, the image coordinate system is converted into a movement coordinate system, and the control bonding tool is used to realize accurate positioning movement. The practical application shows that after round fitting correction, the position error of the bonding point is reduced from 0.68 mm to 0.07 mm, which greatly improves the position accuracy of the bonding point and can accurately achieve bonding in the welding area.
