水利水电项目施工生产建设是一项复杂工程,其建设设计多个学科专业,涵盖不同层面,存在地域差别较大、建设周期较长等特点。因此,水利水电项目施工生产的管理工作对提高工作效率和工程质量有着重要的现实意义。本文在分析了水利水电项目施工管理特点的基础上,提出了推行项目负责制、加强合同管理、注重施工成本管理等一系列管理措施。
Construction and production of water conservancy and hydropower projects is a complex project, the construction and design of a number of disciplines, covering different levels, there are large geographical differences, the construction period is longer and so on. Therefore, the management of water conservancy and hydropower projects construction and production has an important practical significance to improve work efficiency and project quality. Based on the analysis of the construction management features of water conservancy and hydropower projects, this paper puts forward a series of management measures such as implementing project responsibility system, strengthening contract management and paying attention to construction cost management.
