为探讨Ⅰ型儿童糖尿病患者红细胞免疫功能的变化,以及与血糖的关系,初步观察了儿童糖尿病Ⅰ型患者30例的红细胞膜C_3b受体的活性,红细胞膜复合体的水平。结果报告如下。对象与方法1．对象:根据WHO标准确诊的门诊Ⅰ型儿童糖尿病患者30例,男性17例,女性13例,平均年龄为8±0.5岁。正常对照组40例,为本院门诊儿童健康体检者,男性17例,女性23例,平均年龄9±0.3岁。
To investigate the changes of erythrocyte immune function in type 1 children with diabetes mellitus and their relationship with blood glucose, the activity of erythrocyte C_3b receptor and the level of erythrocyte membrane complex in 30 children with type 1 diabetes mellitus were observed. The results are reported below. Objects and methods 1. PARTICIPANTS: According to the WHO criteria, 30 outpatients with type I diabetes mellitus were diagnosed, 17 males and 13 females, with an average age of 8 ± 0.5 years. The normal control group of 40 cases, outpatient clinics in our hospital for health examination, 17 males and 23 females, with an average age of 9 ± 0.3 years.
