目的 :探讨 2 %酪蛋白磷酸多肽钙氟磷复合体 (CPP_ACFP)溶液对牙釉质缺损的再矿化作用。方法 :从人第 3磨牙切取 2 8块釉质块 (每片中制备两条釉质缺损 ) ,随机平分为 4组 ,每组分别于再矿化液中浸泡 1,3,5 ,10天 ,测定矿物质含量。结果 :再矿化率分别为 9 19% ,14 2 7% ,2 9 0 7% ,38 45 %。经One_wayScheffe差异多因素分析比较发现每两组间差异皆有显著性。结论 :CPP_ACFP作为食物及牙膏添加剂 ,在龋病预防中将起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the remineralization of enamel defects induced by 2% caspase-7 calcium phosphate-phosphorus complex (CPP-ACFP) solution. METHODS: Twenty-eight enamel pieces (two enamel pieces per piece) were excised from the third molar and were randomly divided into four groups. Each group was immersed in remineralizing solution for 1, 3, 5 and 10 days, respectively. Mineral content. Results: The rates of remineralization were 9 19%, 14 2 7%, 29 0% and 38 45%, respectively. After One_wayScheffe difference multivariate analysis found that there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: CPP_ACFP as food and toothpaste additive will play an important role in caries prevention.
